A Successful YouTube Career. Luck or Hard Work ?

So running a successful YouTube channel is a hard work or just a luck?  According to me, it’s 50% hard work and 50% smart work. No doubt like any other job profile YouTubing is also a hard working field but most of the time it takes smart work more than a hard work especially at the initial stage of your channel. When you reach to 10k to 20k subscribes your subscribers starts frequently growing. At this stage you have to start doing hard work because this is the phase when you don’t need to worry about subscribers, you will not struggle with views & subscribers and your subscribers starting building trust on you & you have to maintain their trust on you & for that what you need to worry about is a good & more reliable contents and for that you really need to work hard because there is a huge competition on YouTube nowadays and on the other hand when you are new and just started your channel you need to do smart work, you have to apply smart tricks along with the good contents to gain views and subscribers because at this stage people don’t recognize you and your channel, you have to attract them. I personally know many small YouTubers who have spent 1-2 years and uploaded 200-300 videos but still have 1k-1.5k subscribers. These YouTubers are very talented and deserve much more but still struggling and there are many popular YouTubers who have more than lac subscribers but in terms of the good content, they are not up to the mark. There is a phrase in Hindi ‘ Jo Dikhta Hai Wahi Bikta Hai’ and this literally goes with this situation. Many popular YouTubers in terms of weak content the way they are presenting their videos with all the video shooting equipment and with full confidence their video looks more attractive and viewers subscribe their channel because they think they are more professional and reliable. Have you ever seen a girl who actually has pimple on her face or pimple marks on her face showing you a remedy for it & showing you the real effects on her face, maybe there are some but majority of the channels are like that a girl is showing you the remedy for oily and acne prone skin and for pimple marks & she herself has a crystal clear and dry or normal skin & still people are asking her for remedies for a pimple & oily skin just because she has a beautiful skin & she herself is very beautiful, she looks more professional & she already has more than lac subscribers all of these attract more people whether they are providing an effective remedy or not. Same thing goes with technical channel there are people who want to learn latest techniques or latest technical information but if a channel teaches you something in depth in a 10-15 minutes video people either watch the video by skipping it or close the video after 2-3 minutes, on the other hand, a person in a 5 minute video is talking mostly about the rubbish things but with full confidence & with some tricks, people love such videos give likes & instantly subscribe that channel Technical Jakir

Becoming a successful YouTuber is not a luck it is all about tricks, techniques, smart and hard work because if your channel is not running successfully you are lacking with something & you have to analyze it & start working on it.

Samsung’s Galaxy S8 leaks again in stolen Jet Black finish

We’re just over one week away from seeing Samsung unveil its hotly anticipated new Galaxy S8 and Galaxy S8+ flagship phones. Of course, there’s precious little left to actually unveil at this point. We’ve seen the full top-level Galaxy S8 and Galaxy S8+ specs, we’ve seen countless photos and videos of both phones, and we know they’ll both be released on either April 21st or April 28th. Of course, since Samsung’s bold new design is so striking, we can’t help but notice each time new leaks hit the web.

Following a series of big leaks that we shared with you earlier on Tuesday, we now have new high-quality photos os Samsung’s stunning new Galaxy S8 smartphone in Apple’s sleek Jet Black...

Samsung isn’t new to following Apple’s lead, of course, and the company was quick to respond when Apple unveiled its new Jet Black finish on the iPhone 7 and iPhone 7 Plus last September. Despite already having a black Galaxy S7 in its product lineup, the company had a new glossy black model ready to be released by December.

With that in mind, it seemed fairly obvious that the company would include a glossy black color in its new Galaxy S8 lineup, and we recently learned that would indeed be the case. Now, the highest-quality images yet of Samsung’s new Jet Black Galaxy S8 have leaked — sorry, we mean “Black Sky” — and it still looks just as stunning as ever. The images, which were posted to Weibo (via Slashleaks) by a user named “Unscrupulous 869,” and you can see them both below.

Samsung’s new Galaxy S8 and Galaxy S8+ will finally be made official on March 29th at a press conference in New York City, and BGR will be covering the event live.

New Samsung Galaxy S8 leaks show off new color and app icons

The Samsung Galaxy S8 and Galaxy S8+ are still unofficial at this point, but the floodgates for leaks have apparently broken open.

The latest photos, which show both the Galaxy S8 and Galaxy S8+, are is similar to ones we’ve seen in the past, showing off the size difference between the two handsets. The images were posted to the Chinese social network Weibo, and this time around we get to see the Galaxy S8 in white and the Galaxy S8+ in what appears to be the gold variant.

Rumor has it that the Galaxy S8 lineup will be available in Pearl Black, White, Gold, Orchid, Black, and Silver when it launches later this year. Select colors will probably be available in some regions and not others, so it could come down to the luck of the draw or spending a bit more to import, depending on where you are.

Another Galaxy S8-inspired leak comes from SamMobile, which shows us the launcher for the handset. On top of that, the publication also has a clear look at the app icons that Samsung will apparently be using for its stock apps.

At this point there might not be a lot for Samsung to actually announce later this month, but all eyes will surely be on that Unpacked event when March 29 rolls around.

Xiaomi Redmi 4A launched in India at Rs 5,999: Key specifications and features

Xiaomi Redmi 4A, the new budget smartphone from the Chinese technology company, has been launched in India at Rs 5,999. The smartphone will be up for sale starting March 23 on Amazon and company’s e-commerce platform Mi.com. Users will be able to pre-order the Redmi 4A soon, even when the device will be out of stock. Xiaomi Redmi 4A will come in Dark grey, Gold and Rose Gold colour variants. The Rose colour option will be available beginning April 6.

This is Xiaomi’s second big smartphone launch for India this year. In January the company launched the Redmi Note 4 in India in three variants.

In terms of specifications, Redmi 4A has a 5-inch IPS LCD screen with HD resolution (720p) and sports a Qualcomm Snapdragon 425 processor coupled with 2GB RAM + 16GB internal storage. There’s a microSD slot as well, while the rear camera is 13MP and the front camera is 5MP. Redmi 4A has a 3120mAh battery, and runs Android Marshmallow with MIUI 8 on top of it. Unlike Xiaomi’s Redmi 3S series smartphones, which feature a metal unibody design, the Redmi 4A will have a polycarbonate body.

Xiaomi has opened up a new manufacturing unit in Sri City, Andhra Pradesh in partnership with Foxconn. According to Xiaomi, the two manufacturing plants employ 5,000 people; 90 per cent of which are women. Further, Xiaomi said the successor to its Redmi 3S smartphone is coming soon.

With the Redmi Note 4, Xiaomi introduced the phone at three price points. Redmi Note 4 with 2GB RAM+32GB storage at Rs 9,999, the 3GB RAM+32GB storage variant at Rs 10,999, and the 4GB RAM+64GB storage version at Rs 12,999.

The Chinese player claims to have sold over one million Redmi Note 4 smartphones in India since launch. Xiaomi was the second leading smartphone manufacturer in the country in Q4, 2016, according to research firm IDC. Xiaomi’s success was driven by its budget phones like the Redmi Note 3, Redmi 3S Prime series, and it is continuing the momentum by launching new phones under the brand.

Vlogging as a Full Time Career !! Pros & Cons.

Vlogging is already quite popular internationally & now it is gaining popularity in India as well since past two years. Now first of all what is vlogging? In simple words, video bloging is called vlogging. There are different types of vlogers like Motovlogers, travelvlogers, lifestylewlogers, fashionvlogers etc. Personally, I have not done vloging on my channel yet but I find it quite interesting & entertaining as a viewer’s point of view so I am planning to start my vlog series soon. But is there any advantage & disadvantage of vloging let’s find it out.

ADVANTAGES:

• There are many popular bloggers who still not using videos in their blogs so if you incorporate videos in your blogs it will help you to stand out from all the others because uniqueness always attracts readers & viewers.

• There are some people who don’t like reading much they rather prefer watching videos but using videos in your blogs you can easily attract both the category of people which will increase your blog’s popularity.

• When readers read your blogs they always have the curiosity to see the face behind those amazing articles when they interact with you through your videos they start building more trust on you. Vlogging also makes these interactions more personal & friendly & blogging is all about building a relationship between blogger & reader.

• There are many things which become more impactful when shown in videos often, for an example travel vlogging lifestyle vlogging & fashion vlogging leaves more impact than some written text description because readers & viewers can feel that moment by themselves vice versa some important information required written text like, for some school & college projects so if you combine both videos & blogs it will catch more traffic to your website.

• As Google bought YouTube, videos have also been a key part of search engines so your videos can also be incorporated with SEO by including subtitles, description & attractive titles.

DISADVANTAGES:

• Vlogging means videos & making video requires equipment, for making videos you need a travel-friendly camera then you need a good editing software then you need a good computer or a laptop which can support these softwares & can be able to upload videos & for all this you need to spend some money on the other hand blogging does not require all of these it only requires a website & a genuine information with a good writing skill.

• For blogging you need to be presentable with your work else you will look unprofessional to your viewers & for shooting videos you also need to be concerned about the timing like when the lighting is appropriate for shooting your videos but there is no as such problem with blogging you can write your article whenever you feel like or you are comfortable.

• Incorporating videos into the blog can be little technical because different blogging platforms may have different ways to upload videos so if you are not a techno-friendly person it will be difficult for you to incorporate videos into your blogs.

• It is possible that on some sites, videos can take longer to load because they require more bandwidth & if it takes too long to load a video, this can irritate your visitors & they can leave your site before going through it.

Despite all of these advantages & disadvantages, I can see vlogging is growing day by day in India as well. There are some popular Indian vloggers like Mumbaikar Nihil, Actorvarunpruthi, Rishawali, jusvlog, Aditi Mittal, Gauravzone, Babasvlog  & all of them are doing great in their vlogging career.
